Express Service
Our experienced sales staff will work with you to help select appropriate menus to fit your budget and needs. You can also hire one of our experienced service staff for $25 an hour to assist with set up, serving, and clean-up. Of course, if you really want to pamper your guests, opt for full service catering from Thomas Caterers of Distinction who will handle all the details for you so you can relax and enjoy being a guest at your own event.
Set-Up & Serve
With our new insulated carrying boxes, your fresh food will remain temperature controlled and can be displayed right in its decorative case. All meals are accompanied with all necessary quality disposable plates, napkins, eating utensils, serving utensils, and decorative hot boxes for your buffet display. Clean up is a cinch and you can use the containers afterwards for storing leftovers. You will not have to worry about using sternos (open flame) and messy chafing dishes. All you do is remove the lid and you’re ready to serve: an instant buffet!
*The client has the option of requesting the use of their personal equipment for serving but please note that Thomas Express Catering cannot be held responsible for any damage, breakage or loss of such items.
Tax & Delivery
Tax and delivery fees are extra. There is an 9% sales tax on food and beverage and the delivery fee is $25.
Payment
Credit Card is used to secure your order. Master Card, Visa and American Express are accepted. Other payment can be collected upon delivery, if requested, otherwise, we will process the card used to secure event. Established corporate/institutional customers may also request to be invoiced after event.
Confirmation/Guarantee
All final menus and guest counts are to be given three (3) business days in advance. There is a minimum guest count of 25 for all orders.
